Nowadays, People in ffice:smarttags" />China, in order to enjoy a better life, are working harder and harder, they have accumulated more and more money to change their life style, maybe they are so dog tired after a whole day’s busy work, but they think it worth while.
But while they are being up to their neck in earning their future beautiful lives, they neglect their health; maybe while they were a university student, they would not fail to remember doing exercises everyday to keep good shape and health. But after they step in social, which means they had to earn their own lives, busy working had succeeded in luring them away from periodical diets, still less periodical exercises. We must admit that they have reached their goals to have a much better life than before, but we’d rather realize that our good health is no longer belong to us, maybe we have not smelt a rat, but if we still fail to do something with it, the decay of our health is inevitable. So I strongly recommend you, who is a white-collar or some other kind, to follow my advice as followed:
1. Do not drink too much alcohol drinks, which is harmful to your health.
2. Having enough sleep in order to support your next-day’s hard work.
3. Keep doing exercises every day or every week, the cycle is not important, but you should keep it.
4. Do not go to restaurant to have your lunch or dinner too often, in which the food is rich in fat and salt, both would decay your body gradually.
5. Do not forget to relax yourself every two or three hours, especially a pair of eyes, which are most neglected by us.
Believe me, you’d better take the advice above into account and follow them, or you will fight tooth and nail with the sub-health one day.
