在现代社会中应怎样解决亚健康问题。

 

 

上期我们谈了荒诞怪异,奇妙无穷的梦境!现在让我们回到现实的生活中来,很多人都面临着亚健康的威胁,我们应该怎么办,你亚健康了吗?谈谈你的想法... 这个难度可能会大点,但没有关系,想到什么就写什么吗!

              With the  accelerated  advancement of  social modernization ,people's living standard goes up continually.Individuals,however,fall into a state of threaten increasely by Sub-health.We don't have to look far to show the testimony to prove that phenomenon.

               The extent of its  spread in china  embodied in the following examples .Beijing ranks at the first place with a data of 75 percent of workers who are in a state of sub-health .As  shanghai is  72 percent ,which  just follows Beijing .The third one belongs to guangzhou for its data is 70 percent .Also,it doesn't mean that other big cities don't have this problem.obviously, a big issue has fell on our shoulder.what can we do to deal with the matter?

                In my opinion ,three methods can be listed.The first thing to be consider is the workers themselves .They should try their best to avoid by attending activities ,adjusting their spirits ,leading a regular habits ,balancing  rest and work and so on .In addition ,the componies should provide a comfort and relax place for their workers ,or more holidays and implement   applicable  management.At last ,we should develop our medical knowledge and instrument to help people who have already suffured .

               In brief ,we should work together, then we will achieve success.

The latest survey display that in Beijing the proportion of office worker with sub-health conditions among all amounts is 75 %(Shanghai 72%,Guangzhou 70%).The fact is formidable. Owing to fast-paced life,numerous people are troubled by sub-health,more important reasons are frequently working overtime and staying up late .

 

It is disturbing to think that so many people are beset with sub-health.So what can we do to solve the problem? I assert that we should train a good life habit,sleeping early and getting up early.We may also have some relaxation after hard work.As it saying a person who don not know rest,he can not work well.If the condition still expend,it will lead more worse results. So we must  Pay attention to any emerging condition of sub-health, and promptly treat the sickness. Only then will life flourish and become lasting.

With the rapid economy development , the life ought to be more and more comfortable and people gain more fun. In fact , people in city are easily suffered from sub-health due to the high pressure. a survey says that above 70% office workers in 3 big cities ,ffice:smarttags" />Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, have sub-health.

 

The causes for sub-health can be described to follows. To begin with, most workers need to finish the work overtime, and they only to have supper late or eat some fast food. This bad behavior may lead to stomachache. Then, the lack of sleep make them lassitude and boring. Last, only one day in week they can relax themselves. They want to makeup energy by sleep most time while they do not have the time to do exercise.

 

In my opinion, solving the problem about sub-health is hard to access. The cause cannot be changed for a long time in the real world. What we can do is make good use of time to have a rest ,do excise to keep health and have a normal health check yearly.

  How to deal with subhealth, then? As the quick pace of modern life is the ultimate cause of the problem, the way out actually lies with a little change in the lifestyle. That is to say, in order not to be trapped by subhealth modern people had better learn to slow down a bit, try to find some time to sip leisurely tea and walk in the fresh outdoor air. When we do not put work and material joy above all else, when we are a bit generous to care our body and soul, we will surely say goodbye to subhealth.

How to deal with sub-health

With the rapid development of the world modern,steady growth of people's matter living standard,but people had threatened by sub-health.

 

So what is Sub-health? It refers to  health and disease among the health status of low quality and experience,according to the data show that the extent of the sub-health is Beijing seventy-five percent,Shanghai seventy-two percent,Guangzhou seventy percent.Most of officer belongs to sub-health.It usually affects people's energy,sleep,emotion,body,action,of course,suffering from heavier work pressure and pace of life tension of its reasons.

 

How to resolve or face sub-health in the modern society?Personally,first,maintain a good attitude and optimistic,you must keep your mood whether you encounter how difficult things.Second,adhere to exercise and a rule of life.Third,pay attention to your diet.Forth,you should study how to relieve stress by yourself.

 

Finally,I want to put emphasis on self-regulation is the most important

Nowadays, People in ffice:smarttags" />China, in order to enjoy a better life, are working harder and harder, they have accumulated more and more money to change their life style, maybe they are so dog tired after a whole day’s busy work, but they think it worth while.

But while they are being up to their neck in earning their future beautiful lives, they neglect their health; maybe while they were a university student, they would not fail to remember doing exercises everyday to keep good shape and health. But after they step in social, which means they had to earn their own lives, busy working had succeeded in luring them away from periodical diets, still less periodical exercises. We must admit that they have reached their goals to have a much better life than before, but we’d rather realize that our good health is no longer belong to us, maybe we have not smelt a rat, but if we still fail to do something with it, the decay of our health is inevitable. So I strongly recommend you, who is a white-collar or some other kind, to follow my advice as followed:

1.      Do not drink too much alcohol drinks, which is harmful to your health.

2.      Having enough sleep in order to support your next-day’s hard work.

3.      Keep doing exercises every day or every week, the cycle is not important, but you should keep it.

4.      Do not go to restaurant to have your lunch or dinner too often, in which the food is rich in fat and salt, both would decay your body gradually.

5.      Do not forget to relax yourself every two or three hours, especially a pair of eyes, which are most neglected by us.

 

Believe me, you’d better take the advice above into account and follow them, or you will fight tooth and nail with the sub-health one day.

With the development of global modernization,people enjoy the more and more abundant material life.while,at the same time,a invisible killer appears approach to them,called "sub--health",which directly results in the death of so many mind labor workers in their early age.

 

      Also, the widespread of the "sub--health" in China corcened the us.According to the data,the workers 75percent in Beijing, 72percent in Shanghai, 70percent in Guangzhou are "sub--health".Yes,most obvious in the modern cities, workers maintain ferce competition, high--lever standars of life, leading the "sub--health" day by day,year by year.

 

      How can we deal with the "sub--health"?I think "sub--health" sometimes contains both pysical and mental health problems.We should always care abour our health situation.If you feel more serious, you  must counsel your doctor.In addition to treatment, preventing from it in advance is more important. The following are just my own suggestions:Never break up our regular of life,no matter how busy the work is. Have a nice and enough sleep to advance your work effecience rather than staying up late. Have a regular examination of your health in the hospital and follow the doctor's advice. Do sports often.

   With the faster modern development all over the world,The standard of living and substance are improving day by day , but there are more and more people being threaten by the sub-healthy.

   The problem of Sub-healthy become more common in several cities . It's reported that ,75% of the office worker  in beijing ,72% in shaihai and 70% in guangzhou is belongs to sub-healthy .It's really a problem feaze the people .

   So the data is showed in front of us ,the most important things is to find a way to solve the problem .The reason that more and more people becoming sub-healthy is they must to sitting on the desk to work for eight hours or more .also they must  work in the environment which the air is not fresh because of the air conditioner.so ,the office worker should do moer excise during the interval of the working time and after ring out .
