This topic reminds me the first job hurting. It has been 3 years ago. It is a fresh experience for me, as an undergraduate.

 

Searching jobs in the internet become popular from that time. I searched job information and send my application on Email to a company, of which product is camera. Waiting for feedback was a long and dull period to me. One month had pass, and I though i missed the opportunity.

 

But a  call asked me to have interview 2 day later. It was a shame that I did not make adequate preparations before getting the call. I immediately found others’ interview experience and did some excises about my major. Success is given to people who are industrial, but no me. In the interview, the question asked to me was connected to the background of its product. What is a pity that I knew  little about that. Consequently, I fail the interview and missed a job I liked very much.

 

In the conclusion, before the interview, one should find more information about the company, including the culture, the job requirement, the development of recent years, and its products. Besides, dressing neat cloth, acting gracefully, all these will give good expression to the interviewers.

 

 I swear not do a worse interview than that. I promise~~

                       A Job searching Experience

It was about ten years ago,I saw  information about hire a person who will responsible for lubricating oil.As that time,I was working in a  garage,I was quite familiar with the lubricating oil.So I plan to be emplayed by the company.

 

That day,when I got there,there are several persons waiting for outside the office.After a while,the missionary called my name,then entered the office following him.He asked to sit down and told me to introduce my experience in English.Though I made preparation before,as my oral English was not good,my answer was not so pleased.Later the missionary asked me several questions about how to develop business,surely I must answered in English.The company was a famous interestional company.I became so nervous that my pronunciation was not so correctly and smoothly.When I went out,I found I had broken into a cold sweat.

 

As I had supposed that Ifailed in the end.I found the critical problem was that I was not good at good,which gave me a lesson and I was aware the importance of learning English.

    Searching a job is one of the most important problems to every graduate. It is significant. You may engage in the same industry all life as your first job. So the first choice becomes more important. Here are some experiences follows.

    Firstly, and it is pivotal, you must believe yourself. Believe you can do it well, you have the qualification to get the position. Interviewer knows that one who do not believe himself must be an accommodationist. So your probability of getting it is low. Of course, admiting the weakness of yourself is not the opposition of assuredness. You should know that the more what one tries to hide, the more it exposed. Admiting and accepting weakness and mistake needs more courage. So please remember: Believe yourself and just do it.

    Secondly, you should do some preparation before the interview. That has two means. First, you can know some informations of the company, such as where is it, how many workers, what is the main product and so on. You can decide whether you get it or not. Second, it implies to the interviewer that you attach importance to the opportunity and you would like to work in the company. So you could get it likely. So please know: Opportunity is for the one who has prepared well.

    Lastly, take care of the details  during the interview. Such as your dress, the way of communication, the pose of your body, the amenity and so on.

    Here, I wanna write something else. I just passed an English interview last night. I was very happy.  So thank EBIGEAR first. My English improve a lot here. Really thanks a lot!  Then I would like to tell every graduate that interviews are not always very seriousness sometimes. And you get a little nervous is natural. Just relief and believe yourself.

Looking for a job is not easy as a pie . I entered in an office in a furniture factory on a morning five years ago.I was a bit atwitter beacuse it was challenging for me .This job was a drawer and I never did it before.This office was not big and all the staff in here were male.I was too shy to look up.The leader told me to drawe a drawing by a computer.Meanthile he gave me a special wood block.This did not surprise me because I had already known the test .About twenty munites later,I finished and the leader looked it critically then told me that I could receive reply two days later.I was in the office the third day and I was one of them. For this experence I learned that one want to get a job or do something else ,one must prepare well.Before you went to interview ,one should comprehend about this job's all-sided.

Last year,I graduated from my university,that was the first time that I tried to search a job,so I went to QingDao job market.Most undergraduats search jobs from the job market. My major was environment science,as we knew,it was hard to find a job.I send my application to a company of environmental protection.The charge told me to wait for a interview.I waited for more than a week,my admission market of master degree arrived.It was really lucky,because I never receive a interview. Now,I am furthing my education,I will learn English well,as it is impossible to search a job with my mojor.Two years later,I will search jobs again,wish me a good luck.

    I have been in this company for two years, this company in new industry of suzhou. The headquarters in the NEW YORK. the headquarters' of China in suzhou that I working there.

 

    Remember the way of I found job, seems everything all right. I put my resume on the network, they have saw and call me. It's a good change to apply for a job. So I made a preparative. If you want got this job. you must take with from remark manager to CEO, just for me , so easy, because I have a few years society experience.

 

    Finally ,I got this job. leaders have good impression, because on my face still have smile.

 

    What I have done there so well?

 

    First, you must hard work ,no mistake, just is base.

 

    Second, when you finished you work you can help ohter fellow, maybe you cat got some good friends. when you got into trouble at working , might they can help you.

 

    The last , I think is very important. the comportment, comportment decided everything, If you have good comportment, you will feel everythis is wonderful.

 

    So I hope you everyday is wonderful.

As soon as refering to the experience of searching a job, I couldn't forget my first job interview. So far that is also my only experience for hurting a job. In fact, the job is not fit for my major. I was a bundle of nerves. At that time I didn't know how to face to the interviewer. I got so strung up about the job interview even I had made such a silly mistake that the monthly pay for '1500-2000' was written as '15000-2000' . It is incomprehensible that I got the job at last. What a luck! However I have learned some experiences in this interview. Self-confidence is important at the interview. Don't be nervous, just treat the intervierer as the immediate family in the interview.

It was about two years ago, when I had only nearly 6 months of exprience of work. I recieved a message of interview which was of a big firm.
It was about two weeks after I resigning from the former firm. I known that the requirement of interviewer was very high. So, I made preparation before the interview. I read the requirements of the position which I was going to join.
I went to the firm that day. I weared formally. There were two rounds of  examination, one is written examination, the other is oral one. The questions on papers were very difficulty, but I had made enough prepation. I completed all questions quickly. I passed the first round. About ten mintues later, I enter an interviewee's office. we greeted each other firstly, then I introduced myself. Just after that, we talked about my career plan, the contributions of my former firm, my professional skills, what I liked to do. We talked amusedly. He was very satisfied. I passed the second examination sucessfully. Then I joined the company. I had worked for the firm for more then two years. I appreciate the firm sincerely. I learned very much from her.
It is my second firm which I joined. And the interview gave me an deaply impression.
