商标是一种真实性的特定标志，指某生产商或经营商的产品或供出售的商品与其他经营者的产品或商品进行区别的标记。在这里，商标也是用来识别与区分一特定实体的服务（不是产品）的标志。商标有可能是一种符号或者某种形式的文字。

Trademark
A trademark is a distinctive mark of authenticity, through which the products of particular manufacturers or the vendible commodities of particular merchants may be distinguished from those of others. For the purposes of this manual, the term trademark is also used to refer to service marks, which identify and distinguish the services (rather than the products) of a particular entity. A trademark may consist in any symbol or in any form of words.
