控告裁判的哈里
1960年第17届奥运会100米跑金牌得主，联邦德国的选手哈里有着惊人的反应速度，在起跑中总分比对手快0.07-0.1秒，因而往往被误认为抢跑。他曾以10秒的成绩打破百米世界纪录，当时的人们简直不能相信自己的眼睛，甚至连裁判也对自己的判断产生了怀疑，因此裁判们一致裁定哈里为了抢跑。为此，哈里十分恼怒地向法院提出控告，要求给予公正的裁决，结果组委会组织了专门的仲裁委员会，更换了所有的计时员，让哈里再跑1次，他果然名不虚传，又以10秒的成绩象风一样地跑完了全程，这样，这项世界纪录才被确认下来，而这个纪录在当时被认为是高不可攀的。
The German player Hari has a surprsing reacting rate. He was always 0.07~0.1 seconds earlier than the other players at the get off the mark. So he was usually misunderstood as loot running. He had broken the 100-metre-race world's record with ten seconds. People couldn't believe that. Even the judge doubted his own judgement. So the judge declared that he had looted running. For that, Hari charged of the judge, asking for a fair judgement. Finally, the 组委会organized a special judging 组委会, changed all the time worker, let Hari run again. He proofed himself! ten seconds! Like a wind! The world's record had been affirmed this way. The record was thought to be unavailable at that time.
