I prefer house to car. Because house is a family in people's heart. We could walk, by bus or ride a bike instead of car, but we couldn't live without a house.

   If let me make a choice,I think I will buy a beautiful house!This house isn't big but will full with happiness.
   I think,house is more important than the car.Because house is a place that we live and treat our families or friends.If we don't feel good,the house will be a good place to relax ourselves.

As the living pace of the modern cities has become more and more fast, people who are prepared to work far away from home frequently have to decide whether they would prefer to buy cars or estate in the downtown., obviously purchasing a car provides you an advantage of speech, you would arrive at your destination shortly, because of this, great many people are willing to live in the country, be that as it may, assuming that if I had one million RMB, definitely I would have brought an apartment in the downtown.
        Have you ever experienced that in the rush hour in the morning, hundreds of cars piled up on the road, but you have nothing to do with it, seeing that you have been stuck on the high way for more than two hours because of bed weather, you must have been unendurable with this, and when you arrive at the company, you could have been already dog-tired.By comparison, if you chose to buy an apartment in the city, you do not have to deal with anxieties of this sort, for you are living nearby, nothing can match this for comfort and convenience, you would never get up so early in the morning to go to work, even the weather is unfavorable, because your company is just a short busy ride away, everything seems too easy to get through, admittedly the financial advantage of estate is far more than purchasing cars, as a result, the price of estate in big cities is getting skyrocketed, if you have patience, you would of course be amply rewarded.
       It has always been a mystery to me, why some people would like purchase cars instead of buying apartment in the downtown, obviously it is a question of pride as much as anything else.

If I own the money to buy a car or a house, I wanna buy a house beside my work place.

Now, in the working day, I need to get up so early to make sure arrived at the office on time. A house will be better than a car, because you need to consider the traffic jam in a big city.

if i have enogh money i will buy a house. because of two reasons.the first one is house is a necessary things for all of us, we can live without cars but wee can't  live without a house. house is the basic garantee of our life. Secondly, buying house is a smart way to make your money rise in value. although the price of real estates is fluctuate all the time , the trend of it is up. investing in house can earn lots of money in the long run.but the price of cars are always devalued.

Owning a house in big cities is a dream for all the wage-owners,with the price of houses in cities get higher and higher,their dream will be more faraway.so houses problem become the pains of their heart.many people can’t affort a house in big cities after working decades even the whole life.We can go out by bus,by bike or on feet, we can tighten our belt,but we can’t have a house in our life,because house is the bacis material in our life,many people have the same wish to having their own house.
     Compare with cars,I prefer house to car,because having a house,it can provide me a warmly home and I have the sense of belonging,and the house will maintain the value.Yet buy a car means depreciate,moreover there are a lot of disadvantage such waste resourse, air pullution,traffic jam etc.Of coure if we have both at the same time,it is ideal.
     In conclusion,owning a house is more realistic than purchasing a car, In the same condition,I will try to buying a house,in the coming new I wished all the people can affort their own house.the society become more harmonious.

A house is not only a place where we can find the happiness
but also where we have foods ,drinks ,play with our families.
It's our saul's home as well.
Though we will have many advantages if we choose a car.
Every coin have both sides.We must spend much money in the upkeep
and the cost of gas.
On the contrary , a house may help make money if we hire it.
